Participation in the FALL2024 promotion is easy. Simply place an order using our shopping cart system. If you don't want to use the shopping cart system, then you can always contact Team Santa Inc. directly at support@teamsanta.com. We'll take your order by email or phone, and then we’ll send you a secure online invoice to your email address. You can pay the secure online invoice via ACH, credit card or a debit card. The order is then sent to the supply house for further processing and stored for you until it’s time to ship. Orders will begin shipping August, 2024. By accepting pre-orders, Team Santa Inc. will be able to make more efficient use of our time and hopefully be able to take more orders and satisfy more potential customers.
Effective immediately, we are offering three different coupon code discounts. The breakdown is as follows:
1. Place any size order up to $499 and be eligible for a 30% discount off the retail price. You will receive FREE ground shipping, if your order totals $75 or more. There is no sales tax. The coupon code for orders up to $499 is FALL2430.
2. Place an order between $500 and $999 and be eligible for a 35% discount off the retail price. You'll receive FREE ground shipping and zero sales tax. The coupon code for orders between $500 and $999 is FALL2435.
3. Place an order for $1000 or more and be eligible for a 40% discount off the retail price. You'll receive FREE ground shipping and zero sales tax. The coupon code for orders of $1000 or more is FALL2440.

Enter the appropiate coupon code during the checkout process, when using the shopping cart. If instead, you place an order through a Team Santa Inc. representative, he or she will be able to provide the correct coupon code, based on your order total. Your bank card is never charged until your order is finally processed and the inventory is secured for you.

When Autumn rolls around or perhaps even sooner, we will begin shipping out orders in the same order that they were received by Team Santa Inc. We use FIFO, also known as "first in first out" related to processing orders. When it's time to ship, most orders will ship via FEDEX or private carrier. We promise to leave you plenty of time to set up your holiday decorations display.
