It's a great time to place your order for Christmas 2024. We are starting to take pre-orders from customers who have larger displays or those customers who want us to build custom made decorations. We urge you to please place your order ASAP to secure your decorations for the 2024 holiday decorating season. You don't have to take delivery until December. A big plus if you are short on storage space. We are happy to hold the decorations, until you are ready to accept delivery.

We encourage those, who order outdoor lighted decorations, to give yourself some extra time. Because each lighted decoration is built from scratch, the process from beginning to end takes time. Additionally, when there are hundreds of decorations to make, its necessary to begin the process early. That's easy to understand. As each order is paid in full, that decoration goes into our production que, that is where the process begins. First orders that come in, are the first orders to ship out. So if you have time constraints, be sure to order early and tell us when you place your order.

Placing an order is easy:

1. Simply place your order using our secure shopping cart system. You will have the option to enter the coupon code during the checkout process. Enter the coupon code (shop20), then tap the "apply" button. The screen will refresh and you will see your discount amongst the order details.

2. If you don't want to use the shopping cart system, then feel free to contact Team Santa Inc. directly at support@teamsanta.com. We are happy to take your order by email or by phone. Whichevever is the most convenient for you. We will send you a secure online invoice to your email address. You can pay the invoice via ACH, credit card or debit card. The current coupon code again, is "shop20" (lowercase, no quotes or parenthesis). Once the payment part of your order has been completed, your order will then be sent to the supply house, for manufacturing until the order is ready to ship. We ship FREE using FEDEX GROUND 3-5 day service. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DO NOT SHIP FREE. You can calculate the approximate freight $ total of an international using our shopping cart's "checkout" function or send an email to support@teamsanta.com along with your inquiry. You can track your order after it ships at FEDEX.COM.
