Delivery Guidelines For Outdoor Lighted Decorations

If you tried to purchase an outdoor lighted holiday decoration(s) in the Fall of 2021 and were turned away because your order could not be filled before the Christmas holiday, you are a member of a very BIG club. Many of you already know, that during this past 2021 season, after countless raw material delays, Team Santa Inc. had to stop accepting orders for certain lighted outdoor decorations on December 02, 2021. This was a HUGE bummer but was necessary, because our supply house was overloaded by the amount of customer orders that were placed on our Team Santa Inc. websites. Additionally, you may have already heard, that the supply shortage continues and the raw materials used to manufacture these high quality decorations are still not easy to obtain. 

Please allow us to explain why this shut down occurred in December 2021. Many of our delightful lighted outdoor decorations are specifically made to order, right here in the USA. Therefore, each order requires time for manufacturing. Unlike the outdoor lighted decorations, that are simply imported from China or other countries. 

Team Santa Inc. is of the opinion that history will repeat itself once again this year. Therefore, in an effort to do everything we can to accommodate as many Team Santa Inc. customers as possible, we are providing this advanced notification, in addition to taking other measures to encourage our customers to place their order(s) now, if they are truly interested in any of our outdoor lighted decorations for the upcoming holiday decorating season. We are taking these measures now in an effort to avoid disappointing our customers later this year, when we may be unable to fill orders for the 2022 holiday decorating season. We encourage our customers to place their orders now for lighted outdoor holiday decoration(s), to guarantee receipt of the product on time for the 2022 holiday decorating season.

Orders for Spring decorations are being accepted now and are shipping within a two week time frame. These decorations include Saint Patrick's Day, Easter and lighted floral theme products. Orders for Christmas are already stacking up in our que and will begin shipping in late Spring and continue throughout the Summer. Orders placed this Summer for outdoor lighted decorations, will most likely still ship in time for the 2022 holiday decorating season, but there is no delivery guarantee on any orders placed after July 30, 2022. If you place an order for these decorations in the fall, it is important that you be aware, that there is a possibility that Team Santa Inc. may be unable to fill your order for your selected outdoor lighted decorations in the 2022 holiday decorating season. 

Orders are processed in the same order that they are received. Please keep in mind that Team Santa Inc. receives new orders everyday for all of our different lighted outdoor decorations. It's a popular product catagory for Team Santa Inc.  As new orders are placed, the Team Santa Inc. waiting list for these special lighted decorations continues to grow longer. At some point in time in 2022, we will inevitably have to stop accepting orders for Christmas delivery.  This is mainly due to the supply house being unable to fill all orders submitted by Team Santa Inc., in time for the 2022 holiday decorating season.  If receiving your outdoor lighted decorations after Christmas is not a problem for you, then please feel free to place an order at anytime.

Therefore as a suggestion to our visitors, have a hassle free holiday decorating experience in 2022 and receive all of your lighted decorations on time, with plenty of time to show them off during the upcoming holiday decorating season in November and December.
