Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Lights
21. My set has burned out. How do I determine where the problem is?

One of the most common causes of bulb burn-out is having too many strings of lights hooked up together. When that?s not the case, it is probably the result of a blown fuse or one of the bulbs being loose.

The best way to determine this is to have a light tester. Many today don?t even require you to remove the bulbs to test them.
22. What do I do with the replacement fuse that came with my set?

The fuse goes into the plug on the end of your string of lights. The original fuse can be burned out by having too many strings of lights connected together.
